Neemrana Fort-Palace is one of India's oldest heritages which was built in the 15th century. This Fort was built in 1464 AD and it was restored in the year 1980. The entire property of Neemrana Fort Palace is spread over 25 acres of land. The 10 storey palace is built over 3 acres of land. In the year 1986, this extra-ordinary fort-palace underwent restoration and reconstruction and was transformed into a hotel.

Neemrana Fort has five palace wings built over 2.5 hectares/6 acres across eleven levels. Neemrana Fort-Palace became the third capital of the descendants of Prithviraj Chauhan III who had fled Delhi in 1192 after he was vanquished in battle by Muhammad Ghori. Neemrana’s rulers proud of lineage continued to assert themselves even under the British as their kingdom suffered. However, their lands were clipped and given away to Alwar, Patiala, Nabha and others who entertained the viceroys of the Raj with shikar and Champagne breakfasts. The Chauhans would bow to none. In 1947, Raja Rajinder Singh of Neemrana moved down to Vijay Bagh as the façade of his Fort-Palace crumbled and its ramparts began to give way. For forty years he tried to rid himself of his liability but there were no takers. Neemrana Fort Palace provides a conference hall, restaurant, gym and Wi-Fi access.
The Business meetings and social gatherings are also conducted on the venues which include Darbar Mahal, Kasturi Mahal and Jalgiri Mahal.
