Bada Bagh which means the ‘Big Garden’which is located 6km off the Jaisalmer city on Ramgarh road. We can watch the three different things like garden, tank, and a dam.
Salim Singh-ki Haveli is located in the heart of Jaisalmer near Railway station. The Haveli has a distinct architecture. The roof has been constructed in the form of Peacock. The haveli consists of as many as 38 balconies and they all are distinctly designed.
Thar heritage museum is a small but interesting museum. It is full of artifacts from the bygone era such as coins, manuscripts, photographs, weapons and old musical instruments. It is located close to Bhatia News Agency in Gandhi Chowk. A puppet show is also held in the evening.
Gadsisar Lake is one of the important tourist attractions of Jaislmer. It is located near to ‘Tillon ki Gate’ in Jaisalmer. The bank of the Gadsisar Lake is surrounded by artistically carved Chattris, Temples, Shrines and Ghats.Read more
Surya Gate is one of the gates of the ancient Jaisalmer Fort located in the Thar Desert. This fort is also known as ‘Golden Fort’. Visitors have to pass through four successive gates.
